Systemic coaching is particularly useful when applied to patterns of stuck behaviour, team or relationship dysfunction, or preparing for an important change.
Work we will do together:
Identify systemic dynamics that are at play, relevant to your goal or issue.
Create a physical, spatial map of systemic interconnections that are otherwise intangible. This unlocks a practical way to work with systems-level issues.
Identify elements that may have been previously overlooked or excluded, thus surfacing fresh options for resolution.
Develop a concrete action plan that translates your new awareness and insights into practical follow through.
