Executive coaching designed specifically for first-time senior leaders. Get established and become influential, faster.

Program Outcomes:

  1. Formulate a clear, compelling personal vision for the leadership impact you want to create in your new role within the next 12 months.

  2. Gain deeper insight into your signature strengths and how to best leverage them in support of your vision.

  3. Learn the leadership skills to successfully lead yourself and others as an executive.

  4. Cultivate a mindset aligned to your leadership goals.

  5. Reduce the impact of stress you feel about work and/or work-life balance.

Program Deliverables:

  1. Four months of coaching, including 8 x 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with ICF-PCC credentialled coach.

  2. Six modules of leadership development material, homework, templates and other tools designed to help you cultivate executive leadership skills and mindset that will support you in hitting your full stride in your recently onboarded role.

  3. Access to your coach between sessions for just-in-time support.

Applicant Requirements:

  1. You must already be in a senior leadership role (e.g. Director, Executive Director, Vice-President), but for less then one year. Applicants who have been offered and have accepted their first-time executive promotion starting in the next month are also eligible.

  2. You must be coachable and willing to do significant self-work to make changes in mindset and behaviour towards operating effectively like an executive

  3. You must be willing to invest the time, focus and resources that it takes to accomplish your leadership development goals.

Transitioning into executive leadership can feel isolating, but it doesn’t need to be. Getting the right skills and supports in place makes all the difference.

  • Have your coach attend a real-life team meeting or presentation for purposes of observing your leadership skills in action and providing feedback to you privately after the meeting ($600+ value).

  • Systems Dynamics Mapping workshop to help you break through a challenge that you feel particularly stuck with. ($400 value)
